INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove B-Eames cutting guide from packaging ensuring that all four grub screws are in place.

  • Place the guide over the top face of the blade guard.

  • Position of the B-Eames cutting guide will be of personal preference based on optimized visibility of the laser on the guide face and getting a comfortable posture whilst holding the machine at the correct angle.

  • If B-Eames cutting guide is placed to forward or backwards of guard, it would be in danger of coming off and causing an accident.

  • Place cross hair laser in front of disk cutter ensuring that vertical line of the laser is in line with the cutting blade. Then adjust the four M6 grub screws on the guide body with allen key provided, ensuring that the vertical laser lines up with both cut outs on the guide face. When achieved tighten grub screws ensuring guide stays in the correct position.

  • The grub screws must be tightened firmly to get a good purchase into the guard face and avoid any chance of vibrating loose.

  • Final adjustments to optimise the laser on guide face can be made by releasing the two 5mm screws securing the guide face to the guide body. This enables the guide face to swivel allowing final accurate adjustment.

  • Always be sure to wear correct PPE – ear protection, eye wear protection, thick hard wearing gloves, hard hat and safety boots with steel toe caps and non-slip soles.

  • Universal fitting suitable for most disk cutters. Attempting to fit the B-Eames cutting guide on the wrong disk cutter, could damage the machine or harm the user.
